vacant staging – home is empty and needs strategic furniture staging

furniture rental – furniture rental for selling, special events, photography and movie/video

senior transitioning – assisting in life transitions; moving, relocating or liquidating

cost for the various services will range and may include a fee for specification or design, project management, and/or rental fee for furnishings.  rental fees usually include design, set-up, de-stage and all related moving expenses.  total project fees are also available.

available options for stages or transitions: cleaning services, packing and unpacking, sorting, removal of unwanted items, moving and/or storage, estate sale or liquidation, furniture lay-out, updating home features, trades people for home updates, soft goods and accessories.
